We will not accept work on poorly maintained vehicles or marine craft, where there is the possibility further damage may be caused. If information on the vehicle is falsely given over the phone/email and the vehicle is in poor condition, we may refuse to start work on the vehicle. If this is the case the customer may be charged a fee.

The poor condition of a vehicle or marine craft may be described as heavily damaged paintwork or clear coat peeling, pealing paint on alloy or steel wheels, or damaged water seals on door frames etc.

We accept no responsibility for any vehicle dropped at out premises. However, any damage caused by our fault will be rectified with an agreement with the customer.

We require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel a pre-booked valet our detailing service. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be invoiced for the full amount quoted when the vehicle was booked in.

Davies Detailing hold the rights to cancel al if the weather is not deemed suitable to carry out the work to a high standard. if this is the case, we will contact you prior to the day of the job to offer alternative dates. 

We require a minimum of 5 days notice if you wish to cancel a booking. Any cancelation within 5 days will be invoiced for the full amount quoted when the craft was booked in.

Bookings are only confirmed when you have received a confirmation text staring the agreed date, time, location and package booked. Once a booking is confirmed, the customer enters into the cancelation agreement stated above. Davies Detailing hold the right to cancel if deemed necessary. 

All payments must be made in Great British Pound Stirling. We accept cash payments or BACS. If paying cash, this will need to be paid in full upon completion of the job. If paying via BACS, payments must be paid in full within 48 hours upon completion of the job. If you require a copy of your invoice, please request this and we will be happy to provide you wish a copy. 

We will never share your information or send you promotions. Any information provided is solely for us to contact the you to make arrangements regarding a booking, or responding to an enquiry.

We may use photographs of completed vehicles to showcase our work. Under no circumstances will registration plates or personal numbers be shared on our social media accounts or website.
